Step 1: Open the Control Panel
Open Control Panel and go to Hardware and Sound.
In the Sound section, click or tap "Change system sounds".
The Sound window is now opened and here you will find the setting you need to change.
Step 2: Disable the Windows Startup Sound
Double check that you are in the Sound tab of the Sound window. There, uncheck the option which says: "Play Windows Startup sound".

To apply your setting, click or tap OK.
